Piston Fillers

The FPA-6012-WZ inline piston fillers are designed to fill products of different viscosity, ranging from water thin liquids, like light sauces and oils, to thick creams, like liquid soaps, hair gels and cosmetic lotions. They are used in the cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, oil and specialty chemical industries. These automatic piston filling machines come complete with: two to twelve fill heads, a variable speed drive conveyor, adjustable heavy duty stainless steel frame, an easy to operate control panel.

The FPT-1000-WZ PISTON FILLING MACHINE is a highly versatile, operator simplistic, and robust table top piston filling machine. This volumetric piston filler draws liquids and other low viscosity products such as oils or juices directly from a tank or drum, eliminating the need for a hopper. It's available with one or two filling heads.
