Semi-Automatic, Four Head, Tabletop Gravity Filler

This filling machine is ideal for semi-automatic packaging of thin liquids in bottles, jars and jugs. Our FGT-4000-AP Semi Automatic Tabletop Four Head Gravity Filler handles a variety of thin products, from 1 oz. bottles to gallon jugs. It is user friendly, accurate, portable, and flexible for a variety of containers and products. After an operator positions the bottles under the fill heads, they simply push a button or foot pedal switch to activate the filling cycle.

Automatic Inline Gravity Filling Machine, FGI-4000-AP, is an automatic inline bottle filling machine for packaging thin liquids. This bottle filler features 304 Stainless steel heavy duty stainless steel welded C frame. Omron PLC for all machine logic functions, special modifications on programs available for special adaptations. 40 Gallon per minute double diaphragm pump for feeding tank supply.

Automatic Rinser-Filler-Capper for PET Bottling of Water and Juices
