Bench Top Fillers

The FPT-1000 is for filling water thin to medium viscosity liquids like juices, lotions and oils directly from a tank or drum. The FPV-1000 is used for filling high viscosity products like honey and ointments as well as products with chunks or particulates like salsa and salad dressings.

Our versatile FRT-1000 Desk Top Gear Pump Filler is used to fill thin to high viscosity products into container sizes container sizes from 1 ounce to 1 gallon. For thin products like water, juice and alcohol, our semi-automatic FGT-4000 Table Top Gravity Filler easily fills 1 oz. Bottles to 1 gallon jugs. Our FET-2000 Perstaltic Pump Filler is easy to use and ideally suited for small volume fills of high value, aqueous or light viscosity products like pharmaceutical preparations, perfumes and fragrances, reagents, essential oils, inks, dyes, thin paint and specialty chemicals.

Table Top Cappers and Cap Sealers

Select from hand held cappers to semi-automatic bench top capping machines. Our hand held capping machines are capable of tightening or removing both screw and lug type caps. The CAH-1000-AC Hand Held Capping Machine is air operated and has adjustable torque control. The CAM-4900-SW Bench-top Capping Machine is an efficient, maintenance-free, semi-automtic benchtop capper for low to mid-production. CAM-1000-SW Semi-Automatic Capping Machine is designed for labratory and small production capping. This capping machine can be placed on a working table to cap and seal. The SIH-1000-AP Induction Sealer is designed to provide leak-proof and tamper-proof container sealing with a foil liner for the needs of pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, pesticide, oil and chemical industries.

Table Top Labeling

For labeling, the ELF Series Labeling Machines are economical and efficient in terms of production capabilities. The aluminum and stainless steel design makes it portable and durable. The LSR-3000-PL is a semi-automatic round product label applicator. This uniquely designed applicator will accommodate a full range of round products, from 1/4" to 6" diameter, without the need for costly attachments or modifications.  The LST-3000-PL semi-automatic tamp label applicator is an affordable label applicator that is very simple to operate.
